木霉工程菌株酯酶同工酶和可溶性蛋白的电泳分析

【摘要】 用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术对木霉菌的野生菌株T21及其4株REMI转化子T31、T34、T47、T55的可溶性蛋白和酯酶同工酶进行了比较研究。结果表明各转化子之间、转化子与野生菌株之间的谱带均有差异。野生菌株T21及转化子T31、T34、T47、T55的蛋白谱带为22,21,19,17,24条;酯酶谱带为6,8,4,5,3条。

【Abstract】 The soluble proteins and esterase isozyme of Trichoderma wild strain T21 and REMI transformed strains T31,T34,T47,T55 were analysed with polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results showed that there were differences among transformed strains,between wide strain and transformed strains.The soluble proteins band amounts of wild strain T21 and REMI transformed strains T31,T34,T47,T55 were 22,21,19,17and24.The esterase isozyme band amounts was 6,8,14,15and3.
