【摘要】 近年来，各国对国际深海空间的探索不断推进，同时国际深海空间军事化问题不断凸显，主要体现在大国对深海战略认知日益强化、深海军事装备智能化水平不断跃升以及深海作战战术理念逐步丰富等方面。国际深海空间军事化的不断发展不仅会对深海资源可持续开发构成严重威胁，更会引发国际深海空间军备竞赛，严重阻碍国际深海空间全球治理的深入推进。为此，世界各国必须携手治理国际深海空间的军事化问题。具体而言，既要构建并完善深海空间军控机制，也要对深海核军备和人工智能军备的发展予以约束；既要探索构建深海空间军事化的国际法规制，也要在理念层面打造国际深海空间普遍安全的人类命运共同体。更多还原

The concept of combat tactics is gradually enriched.
